Free USA ground shipping on orders $125+. Standard delivery is typically about 10–15 days.

Shipping rates

Free shipping is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. If a code or cart change drops the order below $125, ground shipping may be added again at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Available delivery options appear at checkout for the address you enter. Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes — if that applies to your method, we'll need a street address.

Order processing

Most orders begin processing on the next business day after payment is confirmed. Weekend and U.S. holiday orders start the following business day. Busy periods, address checks, or low stock can add a little extra time before a label is created.

After the carrier scans your parcel, delivery timing follows their network. Weather, remote ZIP codes, and missed delivery attempts can extend the estimate above.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email your tracking number after the parcel is handed to the carrier. First scans can take 24–48 hours to show. Use the carrier link in that email for the latest updates. If tracking hasn't moved for several business days after the expected window, contact us with your order number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing the order. We can't guarantee address changes once an order is in fulfillment. Parcels returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address may require a paid reship.

Damaged or missing packages

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and photograph the outer box, label, and items before discarding anything. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, check with household members or building staff first, then message us within a few days so we can open a carrier inquiry.
